New York, NY - April 22, 2008:..Chef and Manager of Bella Blu Nicola Gebrielle. Ciaobella Restaurant Brings "The Art Of Pasta" To Children In Need. Owner and Chef Enrico Proietti and Executive Chef Floess show the children of the Ronald  McDonald House of NY "The Art of Pasta" by teaching them about the history of Italian food and allowing them to explore a selection of pasta, preparation techniques and regional cooking styles. Afterwards, the children wil share their culinary creations with their families during a big, Italian family style meal in the elegant surroundings of Ciaobella.
